Unsuccessful Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier may reattempt delivery or redirect your parcel to a local collection point.
You’ll receive an update with instructions to reschedule or collect your order.
Parcels are held for up to 5 days. If uncollected, they will be returned to us.
Once received, we’ll issue a gift card for your order value, minus any additional shipping costs.
